The ordering works through our website. All prices include the value-added tax. We reserve the right to make changes in the price. Delivery costs are 6.90€.
The payment shall be made when ordering.
The payment methods available are Klarna invoice, e-payments and credit cards.
We mail the orders in approximately 7 days after ordering and clothing orders in approximately 4 days after ordering.Products with own name delivery time is about 2 weeks. The orders are mailed through Post mainly in 2nd class. Please note that after mailing the orders it usually takes 2 days for them to arrive (in Finland, abroad 9-14 days) If for some reason a product is out of stock, we will inform you about possible longer delivery times. Temporary delays in deliveries because of illness or holidays will be informed on our website.
The customer pays the delivery costs (6.90€) when ordering in Finland. Arboad its 11.50
If you order products from outside EU, the customs might charge some extra money. The customer is responsible for these costs.
Return and exchange policy
Unworn and unused cloths may be returned within 14 days. They have to be in their original package and with tags still attached. In case you want to return a product that can still be sold, contact our customer service for information.
iiniMiini makes personalized products according to customer’s wishes. After this the product is no longer re-sellable. Personalized products cannot be returned. If you notice something being wrong in the product caused by us or the manufacturer, you can return it within 14 days. You will be sent a new product or you can get your money back. In these cases, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders damaged in transportation
Even though most of our products are not easily damaged, it can sometimes happen. That is why we recommend you to check the product in the presence of the postal clerk already when you retrieve the order from the post office. If it is damaged, please make the damage report immediately. After this contact us email@example.com, so that we can discuss about mailing you a new product.
The customer should always give as detailed information about the personalization as possible when ordering. If you wrote the name/text wrong or there is something unclear, we have the right to make the personalization the best way we think it should be done. Always tell if you are wishing for some special layout for the personalization etc. Be particularly exact when it comes to the jewelry cravings, and do not forget to mention if two given names are one child’s whole name.
